The Network Support Administrator will act as the internal 2nd line resolver for all network-related incidents and service requests across the organisation’s distributed estate of over 900 locations.
The role will support the deployment of the new Direct Internet Access (DIA) network across services. Post-deployment, the role will operate as the central point of coordination and resolution for WAN, LAN and Wi-Fi issues, working closely with the managed service provider (MSP) responsible for network configuration and infrastructure management.

A secondment opportunity can only be arranged with the consent of the employee and their line manager. Employees must obtain the agreement of their substantive line manager before applying for a secondment post.
