This is a hybrid role for an Accounts Payable Administrator to work in office minimum 2 days a week (days to be agreed). Accounts Payable Administrator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of the accounts payable function. This role involves managing the payments inbox, scanning in invoices, handling payment queries, sending remittances where required, gaining management approval for ad hoc payments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all incoming post and supplier documentation is actioned promptly and efficiently.
The successful candidate must be based in the Reading area, as the role requires travel to the Dimension head office in Theale twice a week.
We plan to hold interviews via Microsoft teams on the 9th & 10th June, however, this may be subject to change depending on application volumes, and first-stage interviews may be conducted earlier if required.
