We are looking for an Assistant Locality Manager to join our award-winning team in Weymouth, supporting across three settings, including Complex Care and an Outreach provision. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced care professional who shares our values of Integrity, Partnership, Respect, Courage and Ambition and is ready to help lead and inspire a dedicated team.
As Assistant Locality Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Locality Manager to deliver high-quality, person-centred services that enable people to live fulfilling and independent lives. You will help lead, motivate and develop a team of Support Workers, ensuring excellent standards of support are maintained across all services.
Alongside your frontline responsibilities, you will undertake a range of delegated management tasks during your off-rota time, helping to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the services. You will also deputise for the Locality Manager during periods of absence, providing leadership and continuity for both colleagues and the people we support.
This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in social care who is looking to develop their leadership skills within a supportive and values-driven organisation.
The total annual pay for the role is currently £37,299.52 made up of a basic salary of £33,155.13 plus an additional 12.5% annual allowance for 30 off rota hours of £4,144.39.
