£12.35 per hour + £50 sleep-ins • Full-time (37.5 hrs)

About the roleYou’ll support individuals staying in a welcoming six-room respite service for short breaks ranging from weekends to several months. People you support have learning disabilities, autism and complex health needs, and you’ll work closely with families to provide tailored care. Activities include zoo trips, swimming, cinema visits, holidays, and community outings. You’ll deliver personal care, medication, health-related support (including stoma care, PEG feeding and epilepsy protocols), meal prep, shopping and housekeeping. Day Shifts: 7:00am – 2:30pm / Day Sleep-In: 2:30pm – 7:00am (Includes £50 sleep-in) / Sleep-In: 10:00pm – 7:00am (Paid £50 to sleep)
About youYou’re warm, outgoing and adaptable, with a sense of humour and willingness to learn new skills. You enjoy fast-paced, varied days and can build positive relationships quickly. A female Support Worker is required due to personal care needs. A manual driving licence is essential.
