About the roleYou’ll support five adults (three men and two women) with learning disabilities and autism in a friendly, active home. The people you support enjoy music, movies, crafts, swimming, outdoor trips, hands-on cooking and social activities. Your responsibilities will include personal care, medication, manual handling, meal prep, emotional support and maintaining a welcoming environment. You’ll help people build confidence, express themselves and live meaningful everyday lives.
Shift PatternsYou’re caring, upbeat and reliable, with confidence to support varied needs and personalities. You enjoy active routines, teamwork and helping people live independently. A female Support Worker is required due to personal care needs. A manual driving licence is essential.
