About the Role

  • Part Time Female Support Worker
  • 15 hours per week (Weekend only)
  • Clacton-on-Sea, Essex, CO15

If you’re looking for a weekend role that is full of energy, laughter, and meaningful moments, this could be the perfect fit for you! We are searching for an enthusiastic Female Support Worker to join our team in Clacton-on-Sea, working across supported living homes, and building fantastic connections with the people we support.

You will typically work a 15-hour shift on a Saturday with a sleep-in, or there’s the option to work a full weekend by working both Saturday and Sunday, with a sleep-in on Saturday night. This is a permanent position with opportunities to pick up overtime if you are looking for extra hours.

This role is all about being present, engaged, and bringing positive energy into each day. Whether it is getting out into the community, sharing laughs, or supporting people to enjoy their independence, no two weekends will feel the same. You will mainly be based in one home but will also have the flexibility to support across other homes locally, giving you variety and the chance to build experience.

About You

You are someone who brings enthusiasm wherever you go. You are naturally upbeat, love working with people, and enjoy making every moment count. You are the kind of person who can turn an ordinary day into something special, whether that is through a great sense of humour, encouragement, or simply being a positive presence.

You’ll be flexible and open to working across different homes, confident in meeting new people, and keen to learn. While experience is great, your attitude and energy matter most. You will also be committed to completing your training, which will include a mix of webinars and face-to-face sessions. There will be some initial weekday availability required to complete this, but we’ll work with you as much as possible to make it manageable.
