  • Supporting communication and understanding individual needs
  • Encouraging participation in activities and social events
  • Building strong, trusting relationships
  • Working closely with your team to deliver consistent support

Shift patterns

Flexible shifts available, including:

  • 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • 9:00am – 7:00pm
  • Long day + sleep-in: 10:00am – 10:30am (next day)
  • Sleep-in: 11:00pm – 7:00am (£50 paid to sleep)

Rotas are provided in advance to support work–life balance.

About you

You’ll be a great fit if you are:

  • Patient, calm and understanding
  • A strong team player who enjoys working in a busy environment
  • Flexible and adaptable to different individuals and routines
  • Able to follow clear guidance and personalise support
  • Friendly, engaging and enjoy social interaction
  • Confident supporting people with communication needs
  • A driver (auto-friendly)

Experience is ideal, but not essential — full training will be provided.
