We're looking for a Female Support Worker to join our supported living home in New Barnet, supporting four women with learning disabilities and additional support needs to achieve great outcomes, develop independence and enjoy full and active lives.

Conveniently located close to New Barnet railway station with direct services into Central London, this home is easily accessible whether you're travelling from Barnet, Enfield, Potters Bar or surrounding areas.

The women we support lead busy lives and enjoy a wide range of interests including horse riding, swimming, ceramics, drama groups, shopping, church visits and spending time in their local community.

As a Support Worker, you'll support the people we support to help them maintain their independence, develop life skills and participate in the interests that matter most to them. You'll recognise and celebrate what people can do for themselves while providing the right level of support to help them achieve their goals and live great lives.

This is a hands-on role that includes supporting with all aspects of personal care, medication, meal preparation, daily routines and maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment. You'll encourage choice and control while providing high-quality, person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs.

Shift Pattern - This is a part-time position of 14 hours per week. Shifts are worked flexibly between 7:00am and 10:00pm and will include sleep in shifts and alternate weekends.
