Location: Newbury (RG19)
Hours: Full-time – 37.5 hours per week
Pay: £12.81 per hour + £50 per sleep-in shift
Driver Requirement: Full UK Manual Driving Licence

About the roleJoin our friendly team at our respite service in Newbury (RG19), supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex health needs during short breaks – from weekends to longer stays. Every day is different, giving you the chance to make a real difference and help people feel valued, safe, and empowered.
The people we support enjoy:
- Zoo trips, community outings, and cinema visits
- Holidays and day trips

Your role will include:
- Personal care and daily living support
- Medication administration
- Supporting complex health needs (including stoma care, PEG feeding, epilepsy – full training provided)
- Meal preparation and healthy routines
- Promoting independence, confidence, and choice
Shift Patterns- 7:00am – 2:30pm
- 2:30pm – 10:00pm
- Sleep-in: 10:00pm – 7:00am (£50 paid per sleep-in)
Weekend work is essential.
Rotas are provided in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.
