Salary: Up to £30,771 per year (based on 45 hours per week) + £50 per sleep-in shift

We're looking for caring, enthusiastic and reliable Female Support Workers to join our team in Worcester (WR3), supporting five women in their 20s and 30s with learning disabilities, autistic people and complex health needs.

This is a busy, vibrant home where there's always something happening. The women you support enjoy spending time together, trying new experiences and maintaining strong relationships with family and friends.

They enjoy:

• Baking and cooking

• Arts and crafts

• Music and entertainment

• Cinema trips

• Days out and holidays

• Spending time with family

• Socialising and enjoying life together

Support includes:

• Supporting four people with their personal care

• Administering medication, including insulin and midazolam

• Supporting one person with PEG feeding

• Using hoists and manual handling equipment

• Supporting one wheelchair user

• Meal preparation

• Supporting people with daily routines and health needs

• Supporting people to do the things they enjoy and achieve their goals

No two days are the same, and you'll be part of a team committed to creating positive experiences and opportunities for the people we support.

Shifts:

• 7:30am – 3:00pm

• 3:00pm – 11:00pm

• Long days

• Sleep-ins: 10:00pm – 7:00am (£50 paid to sleep)

Rotas are provided in advance.

Experience is helpful, but full training and ongoing support will be provided.
