We are looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to support the Regional Managing Director and Responsible Individual for Dimensions Cymru.

This is a part-time role in which work is guided by business priorities. The focus is on completing the most important and time-sensitive activities, with flexibility to adapt to changing needs and demands.

Interviews will take place on the 18th September via Microsoft teams.

About the role

Your main duties will include:

Our Regional Managing Director is open about having ADHD and about the practical executive-function support that helps him work at his best. This is an important part of the role, not an incidental adjustment.

This will include giving timely reminders, following up consistently and helping prevent commitments from becoming lost among competing demands.
