• Meal preparation and healthy routines

• Medication administration

• Mobility support

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants the flexibility of relief work while making a meaningful difference.

We're particularly keen to hear from people who can:

• Work waking nights, days and sleep in shifts.

• Pick up shifts at short notice when additional support is needed

• Provide cover during school holidays, Christmas and other peak annual leave periods

• Support across weekends and bank holidays

• Travel to different support settings across the Winnersh area when required

• Comfortable adapting to different support settings and teams

• Caring, positive and reliable

• A strong communicator

• Confident working independently and as part of a team

• Keen to learn and develop new skills

• A driver with a full UK manual driving licence

Whether you're looking for additional income alongside another role, returning to support work, or seeking flexible hours that fit around other commitments, we'd love to hear from you.
