We're looking for a part-time Resourcing Assistant to join our team on a 10 month fixed-term basis.

The Resourcing team helps attract people who share our values and want to make a positive difference. Working closely with managers across Dimensions, we support recruitment activity and create a positive experience for candidates.

As a Resourcing Assistant, you'll support candidates and hiring managers, complete recruitment administration, and help ensure onboarding activities run smoothly. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop new skills, and play an important role in welcoming new colleagues to Dimensions.

This is a home-based role but there will be some travel required for team meetings. Dimensions is a nationwide employer and may have regional offices you can choose to work in from time-to-time (area dependent).

The hours available are 30 to be spread across a 5-day week. The full-time salary is £25,573.80 , pro-rata salary of £20,459.04

The closing date of this role may close early depending on volume of applications.

Interviews will take place on 11th September via Microsoft teams.

About the role 

Your main duties will include: 

  • Handle incoming calls, address queries, or direct them to relevant team members.
  • Manage the team email inbox by responding, filing or assigning them to appropriate team members.
  • Address all resourcing queries proactively and with a customer-focused approach.
  • Support Resourcing Coordinators by making outbound calls to gather necessary information from candidates and hiring managers for onboarding

About you

The successful applicant will have: 

  • Previous office or telephone-based experience
  • Communicate confidently at all levels, via phone, face-to-face, and in writing
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Strong organisational and time management skills – able to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines
