You’ll work alongside another Female Support Worker to support her to live a full, independent, and joyful life. She uses a wheelchair to mobilise and enjoys an active routine filled with the things she loves, including:
This lady does not use words to communicate, but she expresses herself clearly through vocalisations, body language, and eye contact. If you haven’t supported someone who communicates in this way before, that’s absolutely fine — full, high-quality training is provided.
What Your Role InvolvesYou’ll support her with the things that matter most in daily life, including:
She welcomes both full-time and part-time Support Workers. Shift patterns include 08:00–15:00, 15:00–21:00, and Waking Nights, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle.
