Female Support Worker – BH12
Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available
(Full-time contracts require working across two homes)
Shift Patterns
We offer a variety of shifts to support a healthy work-life balance, including:
- 3:30pm – 10:00pm, followed by a sleep-in and 7:00am – 10:30pm the following day
- 7:00am – 10:00pm
- 7:00am – 2:30pm
- 2:30pm – 10:00pm
- Alternate weekends required
- Full-time colleagues will typically complete 2–3 sleep-ins per week
Sleep-ins are paid at £50 per sleep-in.

About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and enthusiastic Female Support Workers to support a 28-year-old woman living in the BH12 area.
She enjoys:
- Going to the cinema
- Visiting local coffee shops
- Watching television
- Spending time with her family
- Attending church with her parents each week
As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping her live an independent and fulfilling life, supporting her with day-to-day activities, community involvement and achieving her personal goals.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be caring, patient and committed to making a positive difference
- Have good communication skills and a person-centred approach
- Be flexible to work a mixture of early, late, long day and sleep-in shifts, including alternate weekends
- Hold a full UK/EU driving licence, as you will be required to drive a manual mobility vehicle
Previous care experience is welcome but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
