We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Support Workers to help a gentleman his own home and live life to the fullest.

What Makes This Role Special: 

This gentleman is an outgoing music lover. He loves arts and crafts, accessing the community, visiting the cinema and museums and building connections with people.

He communicates verbally, and building a connection with him will be a truly rewarding experience.

Who We’re Looking For: We’re searching for someone empathetic, patient, and enthusiastic. If you have experience working with individuals with autism or positive behaviour support, it’s a plus—but above all, we value your passion for helping others.

About the role

  • Support to maintain independence within his home, in his local community and be involved in all aspects of hobbies, interests and help achieve any goals he has
  • Provide 2-to-1 support to a gentleman 
  • Prompting with personal care and administering medication
  • Support him emotionally during moments of distress

Shifts:

Long days 8am-10:30pm, sleep in and handover at 8am

We are looking for people who can offer flexibility to work weekdays and weekends.
