About the Role

We’re looking for a full-time Male Support Worker to work with two very different gentlemen in Southampton and Totton.

• Involves:

• Light household tasks
• Support in the community and at health appointments
• Encouraging confidence and independence

• You’ll need to be:

• Confident, calm, and able to set clear boundaries
• Firm but fair in your approach
• Comfortable managing occasional confrontational behaviours whilst in the community

• Moderate learning disabilities
• Attends a day centre 3 days per week
• Loves walking
• Shift pattern (alternating):
• 3pm–10pm, Sleep-In, 7am–9:30am
• 10am–10pm, Sleep-In
