About the role

We’re seeking caring Support Workers to join our friendly supported living home in Woodhall Spa. This is home to four fantastic gentlemen aged 50–62 who live life with enthusiasm, humour and a shared love of music. It’s a lively and upbeat home filled with laughter.
Music is at the heart of daily life here, with singing and playing instruments enjoyed throughout the day. The gentlemen also love baking and cooking. For those who enjoy getting out and about, you’ll particularly enjoy supporting one gentleman who thrives on exploring new places, going for walks, and heading out for a drive.
In this role, you’ll provide person-centred support with daily routines, personal care, mobility (including wheelchair support when out), and attending appointments. Above all, you’ll promote independence, build confidence and support each person to enjoy the activities that matter most to them. Daytime shifts are worked alongside another colleague, with lone working only after 8pm or during planned 1:1 support, ensuring you’re part of a supportive and positive team.
Shifts include days and waking nights, with early and late shifts running between 8am and 10pm, plus alternate weekends.

- You’re comfortable with everyday tasks like cooking, cleaning, personal care, and supporting social interests.

- You’re willing to learn; we’ll give you full training and ongoing support.
- A full UK manual driving licence and access to your own car is essential.
