At Dimensions, work is more than a job, it’s a chance to make everyday matter. You’ll join a team built on respect, courage, and partnership, where your ideas are valued and your wellbeing comes first. Recognised as a Great Place to Work for seven years, we’ll support you with training, flexibility, and career development so you can thrive. Together, we’ll create opportunities for people to live life their way and help you grow in ways that matter to you.

You’ll be supporting four men and one woman, aged from their late 30s to 60s. It’s a lively, varied household where everyone has their own interests, routines and personalities.

There’s a real mix of hobbies and passions, including:

Football fans (Boro & Leeds!) — you’ll need to be a good-natured mediator on match days
One gentleman has a Middlesbrough season ticket
Another enjoys weekly swimming or gym sessions
Creative interests like diamond art and Lego building
A shared love of music (especially 80s!)

The lady enjoys:

Shopping and jewellery
 Knitting
 Exploring new hobbies like photography

Across the house, people enjoy:

Cinema trips and local events
Day trips (recently Redcar races!)
Planning holidays and short breaks
Spending time together and in the community

Four people attend placements or work during the week, while one gentleman chooses to spend most of his time at home.

What will I be doing?

You’ll be supporting people to live their lives their way — from everyday routines to the moments that matter most.

Support includes:

Medication support, including ordering and administration
All aspects of home life – cooking, cleaning, laundry and keeping the home running smoothly
Supporting people to care for their shared space, including the courtyard and plants
Providing 1:1 support tailored to each person’s interests, such as:

Shopping trips
Days out and holidays
Football matches and sporting events
Cinema visits and leisure activities

You’ll be someone who can adapt your approach — supporting independence while also being present, reliable and encouraging.

Shifts Patterns:

We provide a variety of shifts to meet the needs of the people we support:
