We’re looking for caring, reliable and motivated Support Workers to join our teams across Sheffield, supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism to live independently in their own homes.

About the role
You’ll be supporting people in supported living homes, helping them to live life their way — with choice, independence and dignity.
Each home is different, but you can expect to:
- Support people with daily living skills and routines
- Help with cooking, cleaning and maintaining their home
- Support with shopping, budgeting and managing money
- Provide personal care where required
- Administer or support with medication
- Encourage and support participation in hobbies, activities and community life
- Provide reassurance during times of anxiety or behaviours of distress, following Positive Behaviour Support approaches
About you
We’re looking for people who are:
- Kind, patient and respectful
- Reliable and flexible
- Great at building positive relationships
- Willing to learn and develop new skills
- Passionate about supporting people to live independently
Experience in care or supporting people with autism or learning disabilities is helpful, but not essential — we’ll provide full training.
Shift Pattern
Shifts vary from Long day (7am - 10pm), Early (7am - 2:30pm), Late (2:30pm - 10pm), Long day + sleep
We’re looking for people with flexibility to work on a rota basis that includes a combination of shifts, weekdays and weekends!
Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to allow a healthy work life balance- something we’re really passionate about!
