About Dimensions

At Dimensions, you’re not just taking a job — you’re joining a community built on purpose, belonging, and genuine care. Your voice matters. Your wellbeing matters. Your growth matters.

Thanks to our incredible teams, Dimensions has been recognised as a Great Place to Work 2026 — our eighth year in a row.

About the Role

You’ll be supporting a vibrant, fun-loving lady with learning disabilities and autism who is excited to welcome a new Support Worker into her life. She’s looking for someone she can build a strong, trusting bond with — someone active, upbeat, and ready to help her live life on her terms.

What she loves:

  • Active days out — swimming, trampolining, long walks
  • Fashion & pampering — she enjoys giving makeovers just as much as receiving them
  • Creative hobbies — photography, sticker books, and using her iPad/IT equipment
  • Disney everything — you will be given a Disney character name by the team
  • Baking & food — she loves learning new recipes and exploring healthy eating

What she wants you to know:

Some nights she doesn’t sleep well. On those days, plans may change and she’ll need a quieter, more relaxed pace — chilling with her iPad or watching her favourite YouTube videos.

You’ll also be working alongside another Support Worker, ensuring she always feels supported and safe.

Daily responsibilities may include:

  • Promoting independence and confidence
  • Meal preparation and encouraging healthy choices
  • Supporting with personal care
  • Managing finances
  • Planning fun, meaningful activities

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

  • Energetic and motivated
  • Patient, understanding, and able to adapt when plans change
  • Creative and willing to join in with her interests
  • A confident driver
  • Someone who values teamwork, communication, and building genuine relationships
