About Dimensions

Dimensions are proud to be one of very few social care organisations recognised as a Great Place to Work year after year. We support people with learning disabilities and autism to live happier, healthier, and more independent lives.

Our approach is rooted in our values, with a strong focus on person-centred support—helping people build skills, gain confidence, and achieve outcomes. We invest in our colleagues through high-quality training, career development opportunities, and a supportive, inclusive culture where you can truly thrive.

About the role

  • Support Worker
  • Woodhall Spa
  • £12.85 per hour
  • Full time, part time or relief options available.
  • Full UK manual driving licence essential and own car.

We are looking for a Support Worker to join our friendly team in Woodhall Spa, where you will support people to live the lives they choose.

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will support people to understand what matters most to them, supporting them to develop skills and build confidence. Whether it is helping someone plan their day, learn something new, or achieve a personal goal, you will play a key part in making a real difference.

Day-to-day, you will provide practical and emotional support tailored to each individual. This includes supporting with personal care, medication, preparing meals, and maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment. You will also encourage independence by supporting people to manage their daily routines, make choices, and develop life skills such as cooking, shopping, and managing money.

Life is about more than routines, and you will help people enjoy the things they love. That could be trips out, holidays, visiting family and friends, or taking part in hobbies like baking, crafts, music, or getting outdoors.

You will be part of a supportive team, working together to deliver high-quality, person-centred support. You will work a flexible two-week rota that includes a mix of early, late, mid, and long day shifts, sleep-ins, and alternate weekends.

A full UK manual driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential due to the location and travel needs of the role.

About you

You do not need previous experience, what matters is your values and motivation to make a difference. We are looking for someone who is:

  • Caring, patient, and respectful.
  • Reliable and consistent.
  • Honest and trustworthy.
  • Motivated to support others to live independently and achieve their goals.

You will be a great communicator who can build positive relationships and adapt your approach to meet individual needs. Most importantly, you will share our values and be committed to helping people live the life they choose.
