About the Role

We are looking for caring, proactive and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our friendly team in Gosport.

You will be supporting five young men with autism, aged in their 20s and 30s, who live in their own self-contained flats. Our goal is to help each person develop their independence, build confidence and achieve their personal goals while living fulfilling and active lives.

The gentlemen enjoy a wide range of social and leisure activities, including:

  • Trips to Flip Out and other local attractions
  • Ice skating
  • Walks along the beach
  • Visiting pubs and cafés
  • Exploring employment and volunteering opportunities
  • Attending community activities and events

This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will play a vital part in supporting people to learn new skills, make choices and live the life they choose.

Due to the nature of the service, experience supporting people with autism and behaviours of distress is beneficial. Two of the gentlemen require additional support, including overnight sleep-in cover.
