Support Worker - Dorchester
£13.26 - £14.45 per hour
Full Time or Part Time (28 - 37.5 hours per week)
Shifts: A mixture of early and late shifts, including alternate weekends.
Sleep-ins available if desired.
Driving Requirement: Full UK/EU driving licence required. You will be driving both manual and automatic mobility vehicles.

About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Support Workers to join our friendly team in Dorchester, providing support primarily to two people ( a lady in her 30's and a gent in his 20's) who live within a block of six supported living flats. Both individuals are wheelchair users, and one person does not use words to communicate. This role includes providing full personal care and supporting people to achieve their goals, maintain their independence, and enjoy the things that matter most to them.
Both people lead active and fulfilling lives and enjoy the following:
- Attending football matches
- Going to music events
- Arts and crafts
- Exploring the outdoors and local nature spots
- Visiting local attractions and beaches
- Swimming sessions
- Hydrotherapy and holistic wellbeing sessions
- Shopping trips and appointments
