About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, proactive, and caring Support Workers to join our friendly team in Gosport, supporting two ladies in their 60s to live fulfilling and independent lives.  One lady is a wheelchair user and both ladies enjoy being active and making the most of what each day has to offer.

Their interests include:

  • Going out for drives
  • Shopping trips and visiting charity shops
  • Enjoying coffee outings and the occasional McDonald's treat
  • Attending social clubs and community activities
  • Listening to music and watching films
  • Going to church
  • Spending time with family and friends

As a Support Worker, you'll support the ladies to enjoy their hobbies, maintain relationships, access their local community, and achieve their personal goals. You will also provide personal care and support with daily living tasks.

Support is delivered by two or three colleagues on shift during daytime hours, ensuring the people we support receive the care and assistance they need while enabling enjoyable and meaningful experiences.

Shift Patterns

We provide support 24/7, and shifts include a mixture of:

  • Long Days: 7:00am - 9:00pm
  • Early Shifts: 7:00am - 1:00pm
