- Early shifts/Late shifts/Long days
- A minimum of one sleep-in shift per week is required.

About the RoleWe are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Support Worker to join our team, providing support across two homes for two gentlemen with complex support needs.
You will support:
- A 56-year-old gentleman with Down's Syndrome and an eating disorder
- A 28-year-old gentleman with severe learning disabilities, epilepsy, and behaviours of distress
Both gentlemen require:
- Full personal care
- PEG feeding
- Support with daily living activities
- Assistance to access and enjoy their local community
They have a variety of interests, including:
- Listening to Stevie Wonder and other music
- Playing drums
- Dancing
- Bowling
- Trips to the beach
- Visiting the pub
- Spending time out and about in the community
This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while supporting each person to live a full and active life.
