Support Worker - Walkford (BH23)

Driver Requirement: A full UK/EU driving licence is essential for this role as you will be required to drive an automatic mobility vehicle.

We're looking for caring and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team in Walkford, supporting a friendly 62-year-old gentleman on a 1:1 basis.

He lives with dementia and communicates verbally. He uses a walking frame at home and a wheelchair when out and about, so you'll be supporting him to maintain his independence and enjoy the activities he loves.

He is very sociable and enjoys getting out into the community in his mobility car, attending clubs, and taking part in social activities. No two days are the same, and you'll play a key role in helping him live a full and active life.

You'll work a mixture of:

• Early shifts
• Late shifts
• Long days
• Alternate weekends
