Because when you grow, so do we – and together, we create brighter futures for everyone we support.
About the role
We're currently recruiting Support Workers to support three wonderful gentlemen in their 50s and 60s who live together in a supported living home. We have full-time, part-time, and relief opportunities available.
As the gentlemen enjoy regular outings in their local community and surrounding areas, a full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
Working as part of a dedicated team, you'll support adults with complex health needs, including PEG feeding, stoma care, personal care, moving and assisting (including hoisting), and other specialist health routines. Support is provided on a 1:1 basis, while always working alongside colleagues as part of a multi-person shift team.
This is a genuinely rewarding opportunity where no two days are the same. You'll help the people we support live fulfilling and meaningful lives by encouraging independence, promoting choice, and supporting interests they enjoy. From countryside drives and community outings to music sessions, sensory activities, and social experiences, you'll play a key role in creating positive and memorable moments.
Shifts are flexible and shaped around the people we support, typically including a mix of long days (7am–10pm), early shifts (7am–2:30pm), and late shifts (2:30pm–10pm), along with sleep-ins. You’ll also take part in a fair rolling rota with alternate weekends.
About you
You’ll be someone who truly lives our values of Ambition, Courage, Integrity, Partnership, and Respect. You’ll bring a calm, patient, and adaptable approach, feeling confident responding to changing needs with empathy and professionalism.
Strong communication skills are essential, as is the ability to really listen and understand the people you support. You’ll feel comfortable supporting personal care and complex health needs, be open to learning new specialist skills, and confident using technology to keep accurate records.
