About the role

You’ll support two ladies in their 60s with learning disabilities, autism and well-managed epilepsy. One enjoys sensory activities, nature, family connection and communicates through body language; the other values strong relationships, routine and reassurance, especially around hydration. Through the night, you’ll complete safety checks, provide emotional reassurance, support personal care, follow care plans and maintain accurate records. Sleep-in shifts are also available.

About you

You’re calm, observant and empathetic, with the ability to respond sensitively during the night. You understand non-verbal communication, can follow structured routines, and bring a gentle, reassuring presence. A female Support Worker is required due to personal care needs.
