Join Our Team as an Assistant Locality Manager!

Covering homes in Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket, Stowmarket and Garboldisham.

Hours: Full-time - 37.5 hours per week (with 30 hours off-rota)

Salary: £30,104.76 per annum plus 12.5% off-rota allowance (£3,763.10)

Must have a valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.

About the Role: As an Assistant Locality Manager, you'll be at the heart of our mission, working alongside our dedicated support teams to provide exceptional, person-cantered support to individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism. Your role will involve empowering them to live life on their terms, ensuring every day is filled with smiles and laughter.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate closely with support teams to deliver outstanding support in individuals' homes.
  • Work alongside a CQC Registered Manager to maintain excellence across our homes.
  • With guidance from your locality manager and in alignment with the principles of staff matching, you will be responsible for crafting and refining rotas that cater to the unique needs and preferences of the individuals under our support.
  • Support the locality manager in recruiting enthusiastic and skilled team members and participate in their management in accordance with Dimensions' policies and procedures.
