Female Relief Support Worker
Location: Droitwich (WR9) - 10 min walk from train station
Salary: £11.44 per hour

We are looking to recruit compassionate, courageous and ambitious Female Relief Support Workers who boast integrity, champion respect and have a genuine interest in - and a passion for - supporting others. Relief work offers the ultimate flexibility - with no obligation to accept shifts you can fit your work around your personal commitments. Rather than accruing annual leave this is paid on top of your hourly rate as you work.
Support will include personal care, manual handling, medication administration, budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and laundry. We want the people we support to live fulfilling, ordinary lives - this means having healthy relationships, a healthy lifestyle and living increasingly independently. While some of the people are social butterflies and love going out, others choose to stay in and play board games or watch movies. No two days will be the same and each new shift will present you with inspiring opportunities to help you grow both professionally and personally whilst having a positive impact on the lives of those you support and their families.
Shifts: 7am-3pm / 3pm-10pm / long days. We are looking for people with flexibility to work on a rota basis that includes a combination of weekdays and weekends.
