About the people we support:
We support 1 lively & outgoing lady and 1 restful gent in their 50s who love films, arts and crafts, Disney and Swimming.
They have learning disabilities and mobility needs and we’re supporting them to live independently within their own home.
A calm, happy support worker with a good sense of humour wonderful match for these individuals.
What will I be doing?
Day to day you will be supporting them to live their lives how they choose & to achieve their goals.
Support will include personal care, wheelchair assistance, medication administration, meal preparation, budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and laundry
What shifts are available?
Day Shifts: 10am – 3pm
Evening Shifts: 3pm – 8pm
Long Day Sleep shifts: 9am – 9am the following day
Sleep-in Shifts – Paid at £45 per shift
We’re looking for people with flexibility to work on a rota basis that includes weekdays and weekends.
Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to allow a healthy work life balance- something we’re really passionate about!
