Are you an experienced Support Worker with a passion for making a difference? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

-------------------------------------------------------

Who will I be supporting?

We support some social butterflies who love to catch up with friends and family and enjoy being out and about on public transport.

We also support people who prefer a quieter life spending time with animals, pampering themselves and watching movies.

The people we support have learning disabilities, autism, additional needs and we are supporting them to live their lives as independently as possible within their own homes.

Friendly, patient and reliable support workers who take an active interest in their hobbies and activities would be wonderful matches.

What will I be doing?

You will be supporting people to live their lives how they choose and to achieve their personal goals.

Support can include varying degrees of personal care, medication administration, budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.

Some of the people we support can experience behaviours of distress, so previous experience supporting people with autism and complex behaviours is essential.
