Location: Worcester (WR4)
Pay rate: £11.66 per hour & £45 per sleep-in shift
Part time role: 25 hours

We are recruiting for a Female Support Worker in Worcester. As a valued support worker, you’ll be helping people you support to live the individual life they want, ensuring they have choice and control over the planning and delivery of their support. We are looking for confident and engaging individuals of a caring nature to work for an award-winning company where we promote independence in a supportive environment. 

About the Role
You will be working as a part of a team supporting two older ladies with severe learning disabilities, autism, and complex health needs (epilepsy – additional training will be provided for this). You will support each lady in all aspects of life - including their full personal care, medication, and domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping. The ladies enjoy a quiet life, and prefer to go out for walks and meals, so we are looking for someone who loves the outdoors.

The house has a shared lease vehicle so it would preferable if you hold a full UK/EU driving license, but it is not essential for this role.

Shift Pattern - Morning shifts start at 8am / afternoon shifts start at 2pm / midshift is 10am start / night support is one sleep-in staff. (all shift lengths are 6-8hrs). We are looking for people with the flexibility to work across our rota which will include both weekdays and weekends.
