Support Worker – Make a Difference in ‘Emma’s’ Life!
- Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire.
- Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week.
- £12.31 per hour.
- Full UK driving licence with access to your own car.
Shifts - earlies (8am–3pm), lates (3pm–10pm), and long days (8am–10pm), which include a sleep-in shift finishing at 8am the next morning. You’ll also be required to work every other weekend.

Meet ‘Emma’!
She is a cheerful, fun-loving woman in her late 20s who enjoys: Music and board games, Trips to the cinema, going to the gym, short breaks at Centre Parcs and Singing along to ABBA’s greatest hits.
She lives in her own two-bedroom home, with one room allocated as a staff sleep-in space.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll provide one-to-one support, assisting with:
- Day to day home management – keeping her home organised and running smoothly.
- Medication ordering and administration – supporting with oral medication.
- Meal planning and preparation – helping with cooking and ensuring meals are well balanced.
- Personal care – supporting in the bath and with washing her hair.
You’ll play a key role in helping this woman live independently and happily while enjoying the routines that bring her happiness.

- A clear communicator who can work on their own initiative.
Full training will be provided, so whether you’re new to the sector or an experienced Support Worker, you’ll be equipped with everything you need to succeed!
