“It’s amazing seeing the progress people make. It’s more than a job – you really do make a difference.” – Dimensions Support Worker

We’re expanding our support in the area and are excited to welcome new people into our supported living home. To make this transition smooth, we’re looking for 1 Full-Time and 2 Part-Time Female Support Workers to join our growing team.

Currently home to 2 young women, this house will soon be supporting 4 ladies aged between 20s and 50s. For most, this is their first time living away from family, and we’re proud to support them as they begin this exciting new chapter.

These are very independent, active women who love getting out and about, whether it’s shopping, cinema trips, theatre, lunches out, beach days, or catching the bus to explore new places. Some are working or attending day centres, and others are interested in education or employment opportunities.

As a Support Worker, you’ll be empowering the ladies to build daily living skills like cooking, cleaning, travel training, and managing medication. There is no intimate personal care involved, though support with tasks like hair washing may be needed.

You’ll work early, late, and sleep-in shifts on a rota basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming, person-centred team where every day is rewarding and different. If you're passionate about supporting independence and inclusion, we’d love to hear from you!
