Are you a flexible, compassionate support worker who thrives in varied environments? We’re looking for a Peripatetic Support Worker to join our dedicated team, providing high-quality care across a range of residential settings in Shropshire, including Telford, Market Drayton, and surrounding areas.
This is a full-time, flexible position (37.5 hours per week), ideal for someone who enjoys new challenges, has a broad range of care skills, and can adapt quickly to different homes and support needs.
What You’ll Do:
Provide person-centred support to individuals with a variety of needs (including learning disabilities, mental health, and complex care)
Integrate seamlessly into different staff teams and settings
Deliver consistent, compassionate care in line with individual support plans
Support with personal care, medication, daily living skills, and emotional wellbeing
Maintain accurate records and contribute to high standards of care
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in health and social care
A flexible, proactive approach with the ability to adapt quickly
Confidence working independently across different services
Full UK driving licence and access to a car
Willingness to travel throughout Shropshire as needed
