About the Role
You’ll be supporting a vibrant household of five individuals—two males and three females—each with unique needs and interests. From cooking and games to zoo trips and Fright Night at Thorpe Park, every day brings something new. You’ll help organise health appointments, weekly shopping, leisure activities, and maintain a warm, welcoming home environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver person-centred support and lead daily routines
Manage rotas, delegate tasks, and conduct audits
Foster strong relationships with families and professionals
Adapt communication styles to meet individual needs
Lead with integrity, courage, and creativity
Be a role model for your team, promoting best practices and policies

Proven experience in supporting adults with learning disabilities
Outstanding communication and leadership skills
A proactive, solution-focused mindset
Ability to work collaboratively and inspire others
Confidence in managing responsibilities and facing challenges
Drivers are preferred but not essential
