You’ll support adults with learning disabilities and autism across eight individual flats, helping each person live life their way. Alongside leadership responsibilities, you’ll provide hands-on support, including personal care, medication administration, and meal planning.
About you
You’re an experienced support worker ready to step up, with strong communication skills and confidence using systems. You’ll be calm under pressure, organised, and committed to person-centred support. A full UK driving licence is essential, and you’ll need to work flexibly across varied shifts.
