Are you looking to slowly transition into a new role? Relief work means you choose your hours - with no obligation to accept shifts, meaning you can fit this role around your current commitments.
*Rather than accruing annual leave this is paid on top of your hourly rate as you work, so you get an additional 12.07% for every hour you work. Your base rate of pay is £12.45 per hour so your total hourly rate is £12.45 + 12.07% = £ 13.95 per hour.

Who will I be supporting?
You will be supporting a young man with complex needs to live his life how he chooses.
He lives in his own home in the village of Rufforth where he enjoys keeping active by walking, cycling, and swimming.
He also enjoys listening to music, cuddles with his dog and spending time with his family
What will I be doing?
You will be supporting him to live his life how he chooses and to achieve his goals.
You will be supporting him with his everyday needs that include taking his medication, budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
He is independent in terms of his personal care but may need some friendly encouragement and reminders to complete his personal hygiene routines from time to time.
You will be providing emotional and behavioural support – full training provided.
Shift Patterns:
Long Day Sleep-In Shift:9am – 9am the following day (includes sleep-in shift)
Sleep-In Shift: 11pm – 7am (£45 per shift)
We’re looking for people with flexibility to work on a rota basis that includes a combination of these shifts across weekdays and weekends.
Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work life balance - something we're very passionate about!
