Full-time, Part-time & Relief Contracts available
You’ll make every day matter for the people you support, helping them learn, grow, and live life their way. And at Dimensions, we’ll make every day matter for you too. With wellbeing support, genuine flexibility, and a caring team around you, you’ll feel valued from day one.
Through our Inspiring People Awards and Dimensions Academy, we celebrate your contribution and invest in your growth — because when you can be fully yourself, everyone benefits.

We’re incredibly proud to be recognised as a Great Place to Work in 2025 — our seventh year in a row. It reflects the heart, dedication, and purpose that shape everything we do.
Gender is considered to be a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010. In this context, “gender” refers to the sex legally assigned to an individual.
