About the Role

You’ll be joining a warm, supportive team in Chandlers Ford, where we provide person-centered support to three wonderful ladies.

They do not use words to communicate, but express themselves through vocal sounds and their own unique ways — and you’ll learn to understand and respond to what matters most to them.

Your role will include:

• personalised daily support including full personal care

• help with finances and household tasks

• creating meaningful days out — from coffee trips to beach walks and park visits

• working closely with families who are actively involved

• supporting social events and shared activities

Their home — including a lovely adapted garden — has been thoughtfully designed to meet their needs and create a safe, comfortable, joyful environment.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Female (as required under the Equality Act 2010)

• Compassionate, patient, and eager to learn

• Able to build trust through presence, warmth, and consistency

• A driver (preferred but not essential)
