Join Our Team as a Support Worker in Bath (BA2)
Location: Bath, BA2 (Just a 6min Drive from Oldfield Park Train Station)
Pay Rate: £12.83 per hour (£50 Per Sleep-In Shifts)
Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time
Shifts Available: Early shifts, late shifts, and sleep-ins
Driver Requirement: Preference given to applicants with a full UK or EU driving licence for the needs of the people we support.

Who Will You Be Supporting?

You’ll be joining a warm and welcoming team supporting people with learning disabilities in their own homes in the beautiful city of Bath. The people we support love variety, and your days will be filled with meaningful activities, community engagement, and plenty of laughter.

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Support Worker, you’ll be:

  • Empowering Independence: Encouraging people to be actively involved in their daily routines and decisions.
  • Engaging in Activities: Supporting individuals to enjoy their favourite hobbies and explore new interests.
  • Daily Living Support: Helping with meal preparation, personal care, mobility, and medication administration.
  • Being a Positive Presence: Bringing energy, compassion, and creativity to every shift.

You’ll be part of a supportive team led by a dynamic and hands-on manager who is passionate about developing her team and ensuring everyone feels valued and empowered.
