Start 2026 with purpose as a Support Worker in Peasedown St John, Bath (BA2)
Location: Bath, BA2 (Just a 2-min walk from The Meeting Place Coffee Shop)
Pay Rate: £13.04 per hour + £50 per sleep-in shift
Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time
Shifts Available:
- Early: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Late: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Day: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM / 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Sleep-In: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Driver Requirement: Auto-friendly licence essential

Who Will You Be Supporting?
You’ll support six individuals (five gentlemen and one lady), aged 20s–60s, each living in their own self-contained flat within a shared supported living setting.
Conditions include:
- Autism
- Learning disabilities
- Cerebral palsy
- Epilepsy
- Behaviours of distress (three individuals have PBS plans)
Support is highly personalised with no core shared support—your role will focus on building strong relationships.
What Are Their Interests?
- Walking, bowling, and archery
- Plane spotting and dining out
- Music sessions, singing, and musicals
- Cooking (with supervision), cleaning, and daily routines
- Spending time with friends and staff
Family involvement is strong, and you’ll be part of a team that values those connections.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Personal Care: Varying levels based on individual needs
- Promoting Independence: Encouraging choice and skill-building
- Supporting Communication: Adapting your approach to individual needs
- Cooking & Meal Prep: Supporting healthy eating and following SALT plans
- Administering Medication: Including rescue medication for epilepsy
- Following PBS Plans: Supporting individuals with behaviours of distress (training provided)
- Lone Working: Confidently managing shifts independently while staying connected to the wider team
