A full UK driving licence is essential for this role. You will also be required to complete PROACT SCIPr UK training.
As a Relief worker, your basic pay rate is £13.13 and your annual leave is accrued for each hour that you work and paid to you on a monthly basis which bring each hour you work to £14.71

We are looking for compassionate Support Workers to join our team and help a vibrant young woman in her early 20s with complex physical, mental health needs, and autism. What You’ll Do:
- Support a young woman with boundless energy and an amazing sense of humor—she responds best to those who can share in her laughter and fun!
- Work as part of a close-knit team providing 2-1 support, ensuring her daily routines and needs are met.
- Help with day-to-day tasks, while following specific support guidelines—routines are essential to her well-being.
- Receive training in managing behaviors of distress and PROACT SCIPr UK training to ensure you can confidently support her.
Shift Patterns:
16:00 – 22:00
16:00 – 22:00 (with sleep-in)
Requirements:
A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
Prior experience in supporting adults with learning disabilities.
A positive, patient attitude and the ability to follow routines.
