Full time – 37.5 hours per week

About the role:
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Waking Night Support Workers to join our team and provide overnight support to two friendly gentleman living in their own home. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real different in their lives by ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and supported through the night.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing reassurances and emotional support during the night
• Assisting with personal care 
• Monitoring wellbeing and responding to any needs that arise
• Supporting with bedtime and morning routines
• Keeping accurate records and reporting any concerns
• Ensuring a calm, safe, and respectful environment

About you:
We're looking for someone who is:

• Kind, patient, and respectful
• Reliable and able to work independently
• A good communicator with a calm and reassuring presence
• Flexible and committed to providing high-quality support
