Seeking engaging and proactive Support Workers in Bath, BA2 - Start your day knowing you’ll make a difference - we are looking for female support workers to join our team in Bath

  • £12.35 per hour . Sleep nights are paid at £45.00 per night
  • Full-time or part-time hours
  • Shifts available: early shifts, late shifts and sleep-shifts (paid additionally at £45 per night)
  • You will need to hold a full UK or EU driving licence to apply for this role

We are looking to grow our Support Team in the BA2 area.  You will be working for a dynamic and involved manager, who takes the time to develop her team so that each and every person feels valued and can be the best they can be.

You will need to be proactive, engaging and caring and able to work as part of a large, committed team.  Working across four settings – three supported living homes and a respite home - you will be able to develop your skills and experience to give you a fabulous grounding in one of the most rewarding careers.

Every day will be different, and rewarding, as you encourage and empower each person to be actively engaged in every aspect of their daily lives – this will include accompanying to favoured activities, supporting with daily living skills, administering medication and supporting with personal care and mobility assistance, if needed.
