Support Worker

Seeking Support Workers, with engaging personalities, in Loughor SA4 6QY

• Full-time or part-time hours
• £12.00 per hour. Sleep nights are paid at £45.00 per night
• Various day shifts available and sleep nights (paid at a rate of £45 per night).
• It is essential that you hold a full UK or EU Driving Licence to be able to apply, as the people you will be supporting ask that you are able to drive their mobility vehicles.

We are looking for proactive and engaging support workers to join our team in Loughor, supporting gentlemen with Learning Disabilities, ADHD, Autism, Downs Syndrome and Dementia.  You will have lots of 'get up and go' about you, as the gentlemen you will be supporting have a real zest for life and they will want you to share their passion for making the most of every day!

Every day will be different, and rewarding, as you encourage and empower each person to be actively engaged in every aspect of their daily lives – this will include accompanying to favoured activities, supporting with daily living skills, administering medication and supporting with personal care and mobility assistance, if needed.
