Role Overview:
As a Support Worker with Dimensions, you'll play a crucial role in empowering individuals to lead the lives they desire. This includes supporting them in daily activities, fostering independence, and maintaining meaningful connections with family and friends.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to five individuals in their own home in Littlehampton.
• Assist with activities such as bowling, swimming, golf, and community outings.
• Aid in medication management, cooking, shopping, meal preparation, and cleaning.
• Facilitate and nurture relationships with family and friends.

Key Requirements:

• Caring nature and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to work as part of a small team.
• Willingness to work sleep-in shifts and weekends.
