Support Worker

Location: Droitwich (WR9) - Just a 10-minute walk from the train station!
Salary: £11.66 per hour
Full-time Role: 37.5 hours per week
Full UK or EU driving license essential for this role

What You'll Do:

• Provide person-centred support to young adults in their 20’s with learning disabilities and complex health needs, including supporting with their personal care, manual handling, medication administration, and household tasks.
• Foster independence and empower individuals to live fulfilling lives.
• Build meaningful connections and create opportunities for social engagement and recreation.
• Drive the people we supports' Mobility Vehicles to enable access to community activities and outings.

Shifts:

• Various shift patterns: 7am-3pm, 3pm-10pm, or long days.
• We are seeking individuals who can work flexibly across our rota including both weekdays and weekends.
