A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role, as you will be driving to multiple locations

Start your day knowing you'll make a real difference. At Dimensions, we're seeking dedicated Support Workers to join us in Crawley and positively impact the lives of those we support. We work on a rotational basis with shifts falling between the hours of 7am - 9pm, and alternate weekends are expected along with lone working.

Role Overview:

This role stands out from traditional Support Worker positions as it involves a diverse range of responsibilities. From assisting individuals with banking, budgeting, and managing benefits to creating meal plans and shopping lists, you'll play a vital role in enhancing their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with banking, budgeting, and benefit management.
  • Develop meal plans and shopping lists tailored to individual needs.
  • Collaborate with the Support Worker team to ensure the best outcomes for those we support.
  • Maintain flexibility in working hours to accommodate the needs of our clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with or volunteering with individuals with learning difficulties is preferred
  • A passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others.
